Shipping Information

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, please allow up to 3 business days handling even for Express orders.  Please note this is the handling time, please allow additional days for shipping.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All shipping is fulfilled through Australia Post. Shipment method estimated delivery times can be found on their website. These times do not include Games Portal processing and handling (see above). Further shipping queries can be directed to Australia Post.

If preordering items with separate release dates the shipping cost on checkout is based on the orders shipping together once all items are ready to be shipped. If you purchase items with a different release date and would like them shipped separately we may require that an extra shipping cost is to be paid to cover the separate shipping of items.

TCG Card Conditions:

While we do our best to send you cards that accurately match the description given please note that the definition of Near Mint or Light Play may vary from place to place.  We primarily deal in second-hand cards though are NM cards when not straight out of a booster are very close to being unused.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

All orders include 10% G.S.T

Games Portal is not responsible for any extra customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Games Portal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
